Management of acute coronary syndromes, post-Cath care, and intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP) support are offered in coordination with the cardiology team and Cath Lab.

Arterial lines, central venous catheters, and bedside echocardiography are used for continuous monitoring of unstable patients, guiding fluid therapy, inotropic support, and vasopressor titration.

Comprehensive respiratory care including invasive mechanical ventilation, BiPAP, NIV, HFNC (High Flow Nasal Cannula), and tracheostomy care with advanced weaning protocols.

Includes Hemodialysis (HD), Sustained Low-Efficiency Dialysis (SLED), and Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) tailored to each patient’s hemodynamic status. Also offers Plasmapheresis and Hemadsorption in select medical or toxicologic emergencies.

Real-time ultrasound, echocardiography, bronchoscopy, and GI endoscopy can be performed at the bedside, reducing patient transfers and improving speed of diagnosis. All invasive procedures are ultrasound-guided with 24x7 availability of POCUS (Point-of-Care Ultrasound).
